Ingredients for Healthy Cookies

- coconut flour
- almond flour
- coconut oil
- erythritol

How to Make Healthy Cookies
Now that you have the ingredients together, it’s time to make and bake!
- Prepare. In a bowl, mix your ground flax seeds and water together.
- Place the coconut flakes on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes.

- Make the cookie dough. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients including the toasted coconut flakes and flax seed. Mix well.

- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, form the cookies and place them on a baking sheet.
